Dear Prospective Vendor:

The BMW Motorcycle Owners of Georgia's (BMWMOGA) 20th Annual Georgia Mountain Rally (GMR) is approaching fast! The rally will be held at the beautiful Hiawassee Music Park Fairgrounds in Hiawassee, GA on the shores of Lake Chatuge! On behalf of the BMWMOGA we'd like to invite you to be a vendor at the GMR. Rallies provide excellent opportunities to promote your products or services, and the GMR is known as a main rally to kick off the season! Last year's rally drew over 500 attendees, and this year's rally is expected to draw more motorcyclists from across the country. We also plan to promote an entertainment event that the public can attend, and allow them to shop with our vendors. If you choose to be a rally vendor or prize donor, we will promote your company and products in the rally packet and on our website.

We value your participation and welcome the diverse products and services each of you bring. Therefore, the vendor site fee has been waived for 2010. However, each vendor, or their representative working and staying at the rally, must pre-register for the event ($45 fee). Everyone registered is entitled to participate in all rally activities, including evening meals, camping, early registration drawings, and the grand prize drawing. RV campsites with hook-ups will require a fee of $10 per night in addition to the rally fee, payable to BMWMOGA at registration. Those wishing to camp early, prior to the rally dates, can do so by reserving sites through The Hiawassee Music Park office, and will be charged $20 per additional night for an RV, and $10 per night for tent sites (no hook-ups, no fire-ring).

We will utilize existing vendor booths for our rally vendors. These are typically 10' X 15' and have power outlets (more site details below). The wood-frame structures are located along a paved drive area. Due to site layout, RVs will need to be parked in the camping areas, separate from the vendor booth area. More information is available by viewing the Hiawassee Music Park website and maps.

Please visit our website to find our latest event schedule and registration forms.

We request that you reserve your site before April 1st, 2010. Please be sure to include an email address on the registration form so that your rally registration can be acknowledged with an email confirmation.

Should you not be able to attend our rally, please consider sponsoring the 2010 GMR through the donation of a door prize. Door prizes draw attendees, are a vital part of the fun at our BMW rally, and provide a great way for you to publicize your business to the BMW motorcycle owner community. Suitable door prizes include goods, services or gift certificates. Be sure to include your name and address of your business so that we can recognize your kind donation on our website prior to the rally.

Please send your contributions to be received by April 1st, 2010, to

We look forward to seeing you at the next Georgia Mountain Rally!
