PANCAKES! April 10 in Athens
Last fall we enjoyed a great group ride to this event. I hope we can do that again in April.
What: Classic City Lions Club Pancake Breakfast RTE When: Saturday April 10, 2010, 8 AM to Noon Where: St. James Methodist Church, 111 W Lake Dr @ South Lumpkin Street, Athens, GA Why: All-you-can-eat homemade pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, coffee, etc for $5.00!!! The Classic City Lions Club actively promotes both sight preservation (locally, nationally, and internationally) and services for the visually impaired (e.g., Recording for the Blind). All the food for this event is donated by local merchants. So, it's an important fund raiser for a very good cause.

Sounds great! I'm thinking about riding my GS over and visiting the family farm in Oconee County after breakfast. See how the GS handles "off road".
