How about a report on the 2007 meeting. Was anything decided about the GMR location etc.

At the meeting, a motion was made to vote on:

1. Holding the 2008 Rally at Bald Mntn ~and~
2. Continuing to investigate Track Rock as an alternate site for the 2009 Rally

...fast forward through a LOT of discussion about the pros/cons and the vote was taken.

Result: By a slim margin, the above motion passed.

12 Nay'ed
6 Abstained.

Yes, enough members were there for a quarum if that is what it is called.

This is all from my memory, as I am not the secretary!

Well it be interesting since BM has doubled its rate. Making any money will certainly be a challenge.

If we continue to use the flat rate at BM the cost goes from $5,800 in '07 to $6,500.00 in '08. That ain't quite double.
